Hello. I’m Jake Kuhse and this is a portfolio of projects I completed during University of Wisconsin-Stout’s Master of Science program in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). I chose to go through this program to expand my skills related to evaluating and implementing technology solutions and improving business processes. This  portfolio showcases what I learned and how I will apply the information to my career.

I enjoy following emerging technological trends and developing solutions that contribute to achieving organization’s strategic goals. My professional work experience includes five years of HR analytics and reporting for an enterprise where I create reports for human capital management (HCM) and workforce planning purposes and develop dashboards for HR-related metrics. I also have three years of experience providing software and hardware support to end users at a healthcare organization.
